Lindsy Jamieson

Originally from Innisfil, Ontario, Lindsy attended Western University in 2008. Here she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology, and a minor in Psychology, graduating on the Dean’s List.  

Following her undergraduate degree, Lindsy continued her education through Western University to become a certified Pedorthist. This field expanded both her knowledge and clinical skills related to biomechanics, gait analysis, orthotic casting and fabrication, footwear modification, graduated compression therapy, and lower limb bracing.  

After several years of working to help people improve their mobility, Lindsy was inspired to expand her knowledge and study Podiatric Medicine. In 2019, she graduated from the Michener Institute of Education at UHN with an Advanced Diploma of Health Sciences in Chiropody. During her clinical rotations, Lindsy spent several months in Northern Ontario fostering a love for the outdoors and developing a keen interest in the foot health of individuals with Diabetes in different demographics. 

Lindsy is an active individual who grew up playing basketball in Barrie, and has spent over a decade helping to coach and develop young athletes.  As an athlete and a coach, she has a special interest in Sports Medicine and the foot health of athletes of all ages and competition levels.

Recently, Lindsy has permanently returned to Simcoe County and is excited to bring her unique knowledge, experience, and expertise to the area. 

Brendan Dunn

Brendan graduated from the University of Guelph in 2013 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics.

Prior to becoming a Chiropodist, Brendan received his Diploma in Pedorthics from Western University. As a Pedorthist, Brendan provided foot care including custom foot orthotics, biomechanical assessments, custom bracing and footwear modifications. With an onsite lab Brendan developed his skill in manufacturing, adjusting orthotics and in-depth knowledge of orthopedic footwear. 

In 2019, Brendan graduated from the Michener Institute of Education at UHN with an Advanced Diploma of Chiropody. During his clinical rotations Brendan worked out of multiple Endocrinologist clinics where he developed an interest in diabetic foot care and wound management. Brendan is passionate about health promotion and keeping his patients active. 

In his free time Brendan enjoys squash, golf and spending time at the cottage.
